Returns
We hope you love your Eleanor Joy Co. pieces as much as we do! 🤎 If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original condition with tags attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear
To begin a return, please contact us via email within 7 days of your order being delivered. Return requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
Once your return has been approved, your item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Store credit does not expire and can be used toward a future purchase with Eleanor Joy Co. 🤎
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and your order information so we can make it right! 🤎
